  • Step 8. If it plays melody without an issue, there could be an issue with the connected device such as the Soundbar.
  • Step 9. Here you can manually test the connections and if possible change the speaker’s output.
  • Step 10. Otherwise, the Sound test will show you the results.
  • Step 11. If the problem persists and test results have found a problem, select Yes for solution (feedback), otherwise, select No.
  • Step 12. Now you have three options to solve the problem, Check for Software Updates, Factory Reset, or Rest Sound Settings.

I’ve already discussed the two options. However the software updates are recommended, you must check for updates to get the stable version. After closing the Sound Test Mode you can move to the next solution.

9- Reset Sound Settings of Samsung TV

If the Sound test reveals a problem, you can perform a reset of sound settings. It is a relatively easy approach and it is time-saving. When you applied the reset all the settings and features related to sound, will bring back the default with all the working functions.
