OnePlus 6: OnePlus launched its first Android smartphone, OnePlus One, with such a unique design in the market. In the years that followed, many of these unique features gradually disappeared, but each device still has the feeling of being a OnePlus device. Now the all-new OnePlus 6 have some amazing Features.
The company, OnePlus, is growing at an alarming rate, and its latest flagship product, the OnePlus 6, looks ready to meet its major competitors, such as the iPhone X, LG G7 and Samsung Galaxy S9, with more ferocity than any previous top OnePlus phone, Have.
OnePlus 6 Unboxing with Unbox Therapy:
OnePlus 6 Specification,s in Detail:
1- OnePlus 6 Design:
What makes OnePlus 6 special is the new build and design. It is now almost entirely made of glass, which makes the rear back feels so great. The metal frame around the body improves rigidity.
2- OnePlus 6 Screen:
One of the highlights of the OnePlus 6 is its display. Like its previous OnePlus 5T, this phone has a gorgeous OLED panel with vivid colours. For me, brightness is still a pain point for the outdoors, but in most cases, it is perfectly acceptable.
The small notch at the top of the 6.3-inch display is good, but I still can’t understand why it is here. There is nothing special inside – just an ordinary 16-megapixel sensor, speaker and LED. It just feels like a device trying to imitate iPhone X. Most flagship phones may have a top-notch in 2018, but I still don’t know why.
When you use your phone, at least this top-notch does not really interrupt anything. By changing the user interface, the application can completely eliminate it, and it can be easily handled, and further support and adjustments will be provided in Android P.
3- OnePlus 6 Software & Performance:
So far, the advantage of every OnePlus device is the software, and OnePlus 6 is no exception. OxygenOS uses Android Oreo out of the box on this phone, it runs like a dream.
The biggest improvement is it’s customizable Oxygen OS (Android Version). You can completely customize everything in OxygenOS, from emphasizing colours to activating real dark themes. There are some settings that can adjust even a few small things, such as what buttons do on double tabs, various gestures, or even icons displayed in the status bar.
With the Snapdragon 845, 8GB of RAM and fast UFS 2.1 storage on OnePlus 6, you can expect a killer performance, which is exactly what the phone offers. Whether it’s switching back and forth between a bunch of applications or playing games like Fortnite, PUB-G, OnePlus 6 won’t disappoint you in performance. It really never skips a beat.
Overall, the OnePlus 6 software is great. It is user-friendly, clean and timely updates that you can expect from OnePlus. Even Android P Beta is online. OxygenOS is standard for good 3rd-party software on Android.
4- OnePlus 6 Battery Life & Charging:
It does all of this while also having an Amazing battery life. The OnePlus has a 3,300 mAh battery inside, although not very large, it is enough to power for OnePlus 6 for the entire day. In general, test usage time starts around 7:30 in the morning, and by the end of the day.
It usually has about 4-5 hours of screen time left in it before going for a quick recharge. At this point, the battery will typically drop by about 15-20%, if not less. Obviously, your usage will be different, but we are completely satisfied with the battery.
In addition, OnePlus 6 brings the OnePlus‘s fast charging system. Regardless of what it is called at this point, the system charges the phone in a matter of minutes. Just plug it in for a while and get the full power, which I like about the fast charging. It comes in handy because you may forget to plug in your phone from time to time before going to bed. If there is a wireless charging solution for it.
5- OnePlus 6 Security:
Biometric (Finger Print) security is what we expect on smartphones in 2018, and OnePlus is no exception. On the back of this device, you will find a fingerprint sensor, in fact. It is as good as any other one. As I mentioned before, you can’t use it as a gesture board like Google Pixel or any other device, which is a bit annoying, but it’s still an excellent, fast sensor.
In testing Nine out of ten, the fingerprint Sensor to log in to the phone without any problems, even when the device appeared in a Protecting Case. I really want the physical size of the sensor to be slightly larger, but in general, there is really nothing to complain about here.
If the fingerprint sensor is not your style, then there is Face Unlock Sensor too. While this is definitely not the safest face recognition feature on today’s smartphones, it works very well. Unlocking takes less time than blinking, and it seems to work even in challenging situations. You may have trouble in a dark room, but it is still a great feature.
6- OnePlus 6 Camera:
OnePlus has made incredible work, making an affordable device feel like a top flagship, but the camera seems to be a common weakness. Things have gotten better and better over the years, but this is OnePlus‘ best attempt to bring the flagship camera to a “cheap” phone.
The photos taken on the OnePlus 6 16MP rear camera are clear, well-processed, rich in colour and wide in dynamic range. Both Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Galaxy S9 have taken better photos, no doubt, but OnePlus has a very good contender here.
7- OnePlus 6 Audio:
Yes, the OnePlus 6 has a headphone jack. Yes, I am very happy that it is there.
When most industries continue to use headphones at least as secondary speakers, it is confusing to decide to stick to the bottom mono speakers. In everyday use, I often find that the speakers are covered and the audio is almost silent.
8- OnePlus 6 Price:
Pricing starts at $529.
